Water Infiltration
Water infiltration will weaken the soil under the concrete slabs causing them to shift and crack. ALL cracks need to be sealed!
NexusPro
PolyLevel utilizes high-density, expanding polyurethane foam to raise slabs back to a desired level. This is done by boring small (penny sized) holes in the slab, and using specially designed equipment to inject a structural grade polymer into the void.
Cracks Sealed
NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially engineered to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions. Unlike traditional polyurethane sealants, NexusPro resists UV rays, which means it won't crack, bubble or dry.
