This customer had issues with ground settlement and washouts. These things caused voids in the ground under the concrete block retaining wall and thus caused cracking on patio and on the wall itself.    Our crew used Slab Jacks with Polylevel 400 to lift as much as Structure will allow, stabilization guaranteed. Once the voids are filled with the Polylevel foam, the jacks are removed and the cracks on the patio are repaired and sealed using Nexus Pro. Once the repairs are done & the excess Polylevel foam has been trimmed the customer will be responsible for back filling the exposed area with dirt or filler to insure the erosion does not return.
