Cracked Concrete
This customer had issues with ground settlement and washouts. These things caused voids in the ground under the concrete thus caused cracking on sidewalk and separation from the stairs to the porch. These voids extended down and around the sidewalk causing multiple cracks.
Cracked Concrete
Our crew used Slab Jacks with Polylevel 400 to lift as much as Structure will allow, stabilization guaranteed. As seen in this picture the Polylevel 400 injection sites and fill can be seen as well as the Slab Jacks. Slab Jacks are used to lift and hold the concrete up while the Polylevel 400 is injected and then removed once stabilization has been achieved.
Cracked Concrete
Severe cracking, sinking and voids can be seen in this picture. The Slab Jack was used to raise and assist in holding the concrete while the Polylevel 400 is being injected. Once injection and lift complete the Slab Jack will be removed.
Cracked Concrete
Polylevel 400 injection and lift can be seen. The crews use levels to ensure the lift is the best the concrete will allow without further damage.
Cracked Concrete
Once the voids are filled, the cracks are repaired and sealed using Nexus Pro. Once the repairs are done & the excess Polylevel foam has been trimmed the customer will be responsible for back filling the exposed area with dirt or filler to ensure the erosion does not return.
