Upon inspection, our expert found damaged and moisture-laden wood in the crawl space, indicating severe structural and moisture problems. To remedy these issues, we installed drainage matting covered with a 20-mil thick CleanSpace Liner, effectively sealing the area from ground moisture and reducing humidity. Additionally, we installed a Triple Safe Sump Pump, IceGuard and drainage system, LawnScape system, and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to ensure comprehensive moisture control and maintain a dry, healthy crawl space environment.
