Improper Seal
Most crawl spaces that are sealed are not sealed properly. This crawl space has a high percentage of humidity which causes condensation, mold growth, and foundation deterioration.

Drainage
When installing our CleanSpace Encapsulation system, the drainage mat is laid down. The raised dimples allows moisture to flow underneath the liner to a sump pump that collects any water and pumps it away from the home.
