Mold growth!
Mold grows on organic material (such as a wooden foundation) when there is moisture and humid air present. This causes thousands of dollars in damage. Mold releases mold spores into the air that can cause allergies to flair up and can even cause asthma to develop.
Exposed dirt!
Dirt contains moisture from the earth that will evaporate, rise, and create condensation when the humid air contacts with cooler surfaces such as an air duct. This will cause mold to grow, and cause your foundation to rot.
Standing water
Standing water will mold and can bring a musty smell into your home.
During encapsulation
Our Drainage matting has raised dimples that allow moisture to flow freely under the liner to the sump pump which will then pump all water out and away from the foundation.
CleanSpace
Our CleanSpace liner is a thick, white, non-organic plastic that seals away all dirt floors and concrete walls that have voids that allow moisture and humidity to seep through.
