Cheap, thin liner
Your home is a long-term investment. Don't waste your hard-earned money on a liner that doesn't protect your home. If your crawl space has a liner like this, there is a high chance that there is mold growth, and foundation wear on the home.
Exposed dirt floors
Dirt also contains moisture from the earth that will evaporate, rise and create condensation once the humid air hits a cool air ducts. Where there is humidity and moisture, mold will begin to grow. Yuck!
Concrete
Moisture can even penetrate through concrete blocks. The blocks contain little cracks, holes, and voids that will allow moisture to squeeze through.
Sump pump
Without a sump pump, your crawl space will still be vulnerable to groundwater, as well as any unnoticed plumbing leaks. Our sump pumps collect any water from the crawl space and pump it out and away from the foundation.
Drainage Matting
Our Drainage Mat is a part of our Encapsulation system. Its raised dimples allow moisture to flow freely UNDER the liner to the sump pump. Once there, the sump pump will pump all moisture out and away from the homes' foundation.
CleanSpace
Our CleanSpace Encapsulation System includes a thick, white, durable liner that not only protects your home from moisture, but is also mold-resistant.
New Crawl space door
Most crawl space doors are made from wood or metal that rot and rust over time, allowing moisture, humidity, and pests to enter into the crawl space. Our crawl space doors are made from a non-organic material that will not rot, rust, or fall apart over time. It contains an air-tight seal so no humidity, or bug can enter into your crawl space.
After LawnScape installation
LawnScape is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape outlet that lets the water out onto the surface, while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning. LawnScape™ is best used for downspout extensions over 8' long.
