Dirty crawl space
This crawl space had a cheap, thin liner that was not protecting the house from moisture from entering the crawl space.

Air Sealing
This homeowner wanted to make sure that the crawl space would have a controllable temperature throughout. We closed all vents so moisture and humidity cannot come through, then we air sealed around all edges.

New crawl space door
