Without proper encapsulation, your foundation could be rotting right under your feet which can cost thousands of dollars to repair. Without encapsulation, foundation deterioration will be an ongoing issue without the protection against moisture and mold growth in the crawl space.
Exposed dirt floors
Dirt contains moisture from the ground that will eventually evaporate, rise, and create condensation when the warm, humid air reaches a cooler surface such as an air duct or HVAC system. Condensation can cause mold to grow which will cause deterioration on a home.
Drainage matting
The raised dimples on our drainage matting allows moisture to flow freely UNDER the liner to the sump pump where it is pumped out and away from the home.
