Old crawl space door
Most crawl space doors are made from wood or metal that will rot, rust, and deteriorate over time. When this happens, the door will not protect your crawl space from moisture, humidity, spiders, bugs, or rodents from entering your crawl space which only wrecks havoc on a home!
Moisture
Moisture and humidity can find it's way through the smallest cracks and voids, even can find its way through concrete blocks!
Exposed dirt floors
Dirt contains moisture from the earth that will eventually evaporate, rise, and create condensation when the warm, humid air reaches a cooler surface such as an air duct or HVAC system. Condensation can cause wear on a foundation and can cause mold to grow.
Drainage Matting
Before our CleanSpace liner, we can install our Delta Drainage Matting. The raised dimples on this mat allows water to flow freely UNDER the CleanSpace liner to the sump pump. The sump pump will then collect any and all water and pump it out and away from the home and foundation.
CleanSpace
Our CleanSpace liner is a durable, thick, white liner made from non-organic materials that seals and locks away all moisture and humid air from entering a crawl space. It is also mold-resistant so say good-bye to mold growth!
