Drainage Matting
Our Drainage Mat is a part of our Encapsulation system. Its raised dimples allow moisture to flow freely UNDER the liner to the sump pump. Once there, the sump pump will pump all moisture out and away from the homes' foundation.

This area can now safely be used as an extra storage space without the constant worry of belongings getting damaged from water or mold.

Sealing away all air vents insures that moisture, humidity, and unwanted pests and bugs cannot find their way into your home.

This entry way has water damage done to it. It was not protecting the crawl space from moisture that was seeping into the home.

Moisture along with humid air brings not only mold into a crawl space, can also invite unwanted pests into a home such as roaches, spiders, stink bugs, and even small rodents. Yuck!

Standing water will eventually evaporate, rise, and create condensation, causing mold to grow. When mold grows, it releases mold spores into the air that flows through your home which can cause health problems such as asthma and allergies to develop over time.
Exposed dirt
Dirt contains moisture from the ground that will eventually evaporate, rise, and create condensation when the warm, humid air reaches a cooler surface such as an air duct or HVAC system. Condensation can cause mold to grow which will cause deterioration on a home.
