Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Clean up in Murfreesboro

This Murfreesboro home had a number of issues with its crawl space, from high moisture and humidity, to mold and standing water. Mold grows in areas with at least a 60% humidity level and a temperature of above 60 F - this space definitely ticked those boxes!

The TripleSafe Liner has been installed over drainage stone with a CleanSpace liner sealed over the top. This liner includes a mold inhibitor woven into the fabric so that mold is not able to grow on the liner itself.

Be Triple Safe with an alarm

A WaterWatch alarm is installed within the TripleSafe Liner lid to notify the homeowner in the event of a future plumbing leak discharging water on top of the liner.

This low maintenance EverLast Door is made from 1/2" thick polyethylene so it will never rot or need paint. It is also installed with rustproof hardware and is weather stripped to seal off outside air.
