Exposed Earth
Exposed earth adds a continuous stream of water vapor into your home. As this air flows upwards into the house it brings humidity - effects of which can include dust mites, rotting and mold, and increased energy bills.
Adequate Drainage
Drainage matting provides a buffer between the earth and CleanSpace liner, allowing water to flow freely to drain and also giving the liner increased durability.
Air Dry
The SaniDry Sedona basement air system is a dehumidifier which lowers humidity and removes dust and odors. It is energy star rated and drains straight into the existing drainage system.
