High Humidity
Causes of high humidity include: > Crawl space walls leak groundwater which soaks into the soil > Exposed earth > Open vents to the outside
What we do
For groundwater a sump pump system is installed along with a patented Cleanspace crawl space encapsulation system.
Seal the Air
Block walls are porous, allowing air to flow through inside the crawlspace. The CleanSpace liner is a 7 layer material that seals out water vapor. Pipes and wires have a generous amount of caulking applied to ensure that there are no holes or gaps in the liner.
