Crawlspace Area
In this area there will be 3 push jacks driven into the bedrock spaced at 5 foot spacing to permanently stabilize the triple 2x12 wood beam above.
New Support in the Garage
Here you can see the drywall has been cut away to install an 18 foot steel I-beam. This has been placed under the load bearing partition wall on the first story. This beam is being supported by two SmartJacks, immediately stabilized, and lifting the above floors and walls back to level.
Encapsulated Crawlspace
The entire crawl space of 612 square foot has been lined with our 20 mil liner with drainage matting below.
