Rising Damp

Airborne Awareness
There is mold present on the wooden structure of the home, meaning that spores will be released into the air to find new breeding grounds. The other hazards in the air includes dust and feces/urine particles! The risks these all cause to your health and home are really no laughing matter.
Encapsulated
Now that the crawlspace is fully lined all moisture will be kept away from the structural support and the dehumidifier will further condition the air to remove the existing water vapor.
