Supports sitting on thin wood plates topped with thin wood plank; both susceptible to mold and wood rot. Cords are ran half hazardously across the crawl space. Holes drilled to run the cords compromise the wood and add weight to the already questionable support system.

The crawl space is completely encapsulated and sealed to control the temperature and humidity.

the moisture controlled and a place to go creates a much healthier environment. Water and moisture will collect in the sump liner the sump pump will pump out to the discharge line away from the home.
