Exposed Soil Ground

Nowadays, whenever a home is built it legally needs some type of "encapsulation" covering the soil ground. How reliable that covering is is questionable. Such as this tarp, it's thin, can tear easily and guess what? It is not doing anything to prevent moisture from coming up from the exposed soil ground.

Drainage Matting

This matting has raised dimples, which helps water that gets trapped under the liner flow to the designated pump/drain. It is also used as an extra protective layer for knees when crawling around in the space.

CleanSpace Vapor Barrier

This vapor barrier is made of a durable, thick 20mil liner that reduces moisture and vapor in the crawl space.

Moldy Wood

This wood is weakening due to the mold growth. If the moisture issues continue, the wood beams are sure to rot away, damaging important foundation structures.

SmartJacks System
