The soil ground of this crawl space is exposed and the excessive moisture from the soil is going into the space's air and growing mold.

Unhealthy Wood

The wood panels in this crawl space are not in good condition. They are starting to mold and rot! This normally leads to "bouncy" floors above and dropping walls that create cracks.

Relative Humidity

The relative humidity in this space is above 80%. Mold and dust mites thrive at percentages over 60%. Mold and dust mites are often causes for indoor allergens. We will be installing our SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to keep the RH level below 60%!

Drainage Matting

Drainage matting is installed to help trapped water under the liner be directed to the designated drain!

Our thick 20mil liner in now installed! It is made to reduce moisture in the crawl space and it helps seal out cold winter drafts! Our TripleSafe Sump Pump has also been installed. it has three automatically changing pumps (based on your space's needs). One of the pumps is battery operated to ensure your space doesn't flood during an especially nasty storm that cuts your power out! Our powerful dehumidifier is key to keeping relative humidity down, which will help mold from growing and making your air that much more healthy!
