First look

The first problem is the door, wood rots! Letting all kinds of unwelcome things in like the outside weather, bugs, and rodents.

Vents are not good either

Vents lets in the air, rain, and everything else.. when you add the moisture you then start dealing with another problem.. Mold!

Drainage matting

drainage matting is put down first to give any water that might come in thought the ground, away to the pump.

Encapsulation

At 20 mils. thick, with polyester cord reinforcement inside the clean space crawl space liner is heavey and durable.
