This homeowner had a finished part of their basement that they wanted to utilize for extra storage but there was one problem, they had a part of their basement that also turned into a crawl space and it was unfinished. This unfinished part was bringing a lot of moisture and bugs into their basement. They reached out to Frontier for a permanent solution.

Unfinished

It was unfinished which was allowing bugs into their finished part of the homeowner's basement.

Drainage Matting

Drainage matting was laid down as an extra layer of protection.

Sump Pump

A SmartPump sump pump was installed to pull all the moisture away from the home. This will do wonders for the part of their basement that is fully finished.

Finished

A beautiful end result. These homeowners now have an encapsulated crawl space that will no longer allow moisture and bugs into their finished part of their basement.
