Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Encapsulation in Glasgow KY

This beautiful home in Glasgow Kentucky was experiencing a lot of water in their crawlspace, concerned this could be affecting their foundation they reached out to Frontier for a solution. Frontier sent out a design specialist who diagnosed the problem and together it was decided that a full encapsulation with CleanSpace was the best solution. To ensure the CleanSpace would work the best a SmartPump sump pump and smart pipe was also installed to ensure the water and moisture does not come back!

This is what the crawl space looked like before our crew got in there and cleaned and leveled everything out.

As you can see there is so much water in the crawl space, I can imagine this was not smelling too good.

Smart Pipe

Piping is installed which takes the water that is collected under the CleanSpace and along the edges of the crawl space walls to the sump pump which takes the water away from the home.

The smart pipe is then extended outside beyond the home to ensure the water does not come back.
