Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Encapsulation in Nashville TN

This beautiful home in Nashville Tennessee wanted to be able to utilize their crawl space for extra storage. They reached out to Frontier hoping for a permanent solution. Frontier sent out a design specialist to meet with the homeowners and together they decided a full encapsulation of their crawl space and a sump pump was the way to go!

As you can see this crawl space is dirty and unusable for extra storage.

Drainage Matting

Drainage matting is a dimpled drainage matting system that's designed to collect water from the crawl space floor and direct it to a sump pump. This goes under the CleanSpace.

A hole.

A hole is dug away from the home, this is to install smart pipe which directs the water away from the home ensuring it does not return.

Smart Pipe

Smart Pipe is connected to the sump pump which collects all the water from the crawl space. This water is then directed far enough from the home so it does not come back.

All the water that is collected by the drainage matting is directed to the sump pump, it is then fed into the smart pipe that takes it away from the home.
