This home in Clarksville Tennessee was having problems with their foundation. They noticed that the floors within their home were uneven and wanted to get it fixed. They called Frontier for a free inspection and Frontier sent out a design specialist. The design specialist diagnosed the problem areas and realized a supplemental beam needed replaced as well as adding Smart Jacks to support the floor joist. The floor was able to be leveled and the homeowners were very happy!
Holes
Holes are dug into the floor that corresponds with where the Smart Jacks will be placed.
Smart Jacks
The Smart Jacks are then fitted into these holes and filled with concrete and smoothed over.
Finished
When it is all finished our crews go in and clean everything up. This project was a success and the foundation was able to be lifted and the floors are now even.
