Push Piers
Push Piers were installed in this home to support the foundation. Push Piers are made of steel and are driven deep into the soil beneath a foundation to solve settlement problems.
Nice and Clean.
After the crew is done installing the push piers they do their best to return the landscape as closely to the previous condition as possible. Smoothing everything out.
Crack
You can see that the foundation is beginning to crack, this is a huge indication of foundation settlement.
CleanSpace
This homeowners crawl space was encapsulated in CleanSpace and this will ensure that all that extra water and moisture stays out of the crawl space as well as the home.
TripleSafe
All of the water that is collected from the crawl space is drawn to the sump pump and from there is it taken far enough from the home so it does not return.
Drainline
The drain line is normally the last step in the process. A trench is dug and the drain line is put underneath the ground to avoid any tripping or unsightly pipes in the yard. This drain line is long enough to ensure that the water that the system worked so hard to remove from the crawl space does not return.
