Having such a tall and large crawl space the homeowners wanted to use this space for extra storage but were unable to because of the constant amount of water and moisture. You can see the water stains on the concrete blocks. Everything is messy and unleveled. This is the perfect environment for mold. All mold needs is some moisture, organic material and a little bit of heat.

Drainage Matting

Drainage matting is put down after everything is cleaned up and the ground is all smoothed out. The purpose of drainage matting is to allow water and moisture to travel underneath the CleanSpace and away from the home.
