This crawl space was a unique situation. It was extremely tall, and the homeowners were not looking to finish it into a basement but instead just keep it as a crawl space. There were also excessive amounts of water in this crawl space. The crew had to do a few different things to ensure this project would work out perfectly but here at Frontier we do what we need to ensure the job is done right. Together with the homeowners it was decided that a full Encapsulation with CleanSpace, a TripleSafe and a dehumidifier was the way to go.

So much water!

As you can see there was an excessive amount of water in this crawl space. This is where the TripleSafe sump pump will come in handy. The TripleSafe will take all the collected water and pump it out of the house. Piping is connected to this sump pump and takes it away from the home. They make this drain line long enough to ensure the water does not come back to the house.

So Tall!

This is just to show you how tall this crawl space was. An extra tall ladder and some of our tallest crew members were put on this job, but whatever is needed to get the job done, we will do!
