Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: CleanSpace In Nashville, TN

This was a dual crawl space and basement. The homeowners wanted to correct moisture and water problems they were having. A design specialist from Frontier Basement Systems was sent out to the home to diagnose the issues and come up with a lasting solution. The design specialist and homeowners went over some options and decided that a full encapsulation, a sump pump, and a drainage line was the best solution for this home.

Drainage Matting

After the area is cleaned out and the earth is smoothed and leveled drainage matting is put down. Drainage matting allows water and moisture to flow underneath the CleanSpace to the sump pump without allowing water or moisture to get into the crawl space or basement.

Definitely looking a lot cleaner and water free!

TripleSafe

A TripleSafe sump pump is installed, this collects all the water that flows along the drainage matting and directs it to the drainage line outside. The drainage line is long enough to ensure that the water does not come back to the home.
