These homeowners in Nashville Tennessee were having some trouble with the crawl space and high humidity. They started noticing their floors were squeaky and wanted a lasting solution. Frontier Basement Systems sent a design specialist out to their home to diagnose the concerns of the homeowner’s. After a thorough inspection of their crawl space it was determined that the moisture level was so high within the crawl space that the floorboards were becoming too wet that they were beginning to warp. Together with the homeowner it was decided a full encapsulation with CleanSpace was the right direction for this home.

Drainage Matting
Drainage matting is put down over the ground and underneath the vapor barrier. This is design to collect and drain water from underneath the vapor barrier to the drain system.
