This crawl space in Clarksville Tennessee needed some serious help. There was so much moisture, bugs, and spider webs. The homeowners did not even want to go into the crawl space themselves and reached out to Frontier Basement Systems for help. Frontier sent a design specialist to their home to address their concerns. Together with the homeowners it was decided that a full encapsulation of their crawl space was the right solution for their home.

This is what their crawl space looked like before our crew got in there and cleaned everything out. The installation was full of so much water that it was actually beginning to fall from the weight. All you need to go mold is a little bit of moisture and organic material.

Drainage Matting

Drainage matting is put underneath the vapor barrier and is designed to allow water to flow underneath the CleanSpace without actually getting into the crawl space.

All Finished!

What a difference! The homeowners no longer need to worry about excess moisture or bugs in their crawl space. The part is they can now utilize this space for extra storage!
