Drainage Matting
After the crawl space is all cleaned out and the ground is leveled the next step is to put drainage matting down. This allows moisture and water to flow freely underneath the CleanSpace vapor barrier towards the sump pump which takes the water out and away from the home.
CleanSpace
CleanSpace is placed over the drainage matting and is a 20-mil thick vapor barrier that is designed to keep water and moisture out of the crawl space.

The final step to the encapsulation process is the door. Our custom doors are sealed from the inside and ensure that all that water we have worked so hard to keep out stays out!
