Crawl space
This is what their crawl space looked like before our crew got out there and cleaned everything out and smoothed the earth.
Drainage Matting
After everything is cleaned out and smoothed drainage matting is put down under the CleanSpace. Drainage matting is designed to allow water and moisture to flow underneath the CleanSpace without allowing that water and moisture into the crawl space.
CleanSpace
What a difference! CleanSpace is a 20-mil thick vapor barrier designed to keep water and moisture out of a crawl space.
Door Replacement
The final step to encapsulating a crawl space is replacing the door. After all the hard work and the systems put together to ensure water and moisture does not come back it is important to have a door that is durable and seals out the outside elements. Plus they look good!
