This is what their crawl space looked like before our team got in there and cleaned everything out.
Drainage Matting
Drainage matting goes down after everything is cleaned out and leveled. It is designed to allow water and moisture to flow freely underneath the vapor barrier without allowing water or moisture into the crawl space.
CleanSpace
CleanSpace is installed next overtop of the drainage matting and it designed to keep water and moisture out of a crawl space. It is a 20-mil thick vapor barrier.
Drain Line.
After the CleanSpace is installed a drain line is then added to take all of the water collected out and away from the home. This drain line is long enough to ensure the water does not return.
