Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Cleaning out a crawl space!
What a difference! This crawl space was suffering from extremely high moisture levels that were beginning to weigh down the installation. Concerned with a musty smell the homeowners contacted Frontier Basement Systems for a free inspection and a design specialist was sent to their home. Together with the homeowners it was decided that a full encapsulation of their crawl space was the best solution for this home! The results are beautiful!

Drainage Matting
Drainage matting is put down next and is designed to allow water and moisture to flow freely underneath the vapor barrier without getting into the crawl space!
All Finished!
The final step is CleanSpace and it is designed to keep water and moisture out of a crawl space. CleanSpace is a 20-mil thick vapor barrier.
