These homeowners in Columbia Tennessee were struggling with a lot of water and moisture in their crawl space and were looking to get a vapor barrier installed. They contacted Frontier Basement Systems for a solution and a design specialist was sent to their home. Together with the homeowners it was decided that a full encapsulation with CleanSpace was the right solution for this home.

Drainage Matting

Drainage matting it put down after everything is cleaned out and leveled. It is designed to allow water and moisture to flow freely underneath the vapor barrier ensuring water does not get into the crawl space.

CleanSpace

CleanSpace is next and is a 20-mil thick vapor barrier designed to keep water and moisture out of a crawl space. What a difference!

TripleSafe

All of the water that flows underneath the drainage matting is directed towards the TripleSafe sump pump, which than takes and redirects the water outside to the drain line.

Drain Line.

The drain line is designed to take water out and away from the home. The drain line is long enough to ensure the water does not return. This line is also under the ground to reduce any tripping hazards.
