Before Photo
This is what the homeowners crawl space looked like before our crew got in there and cleaned everything out.
Drainage Matting
Drainage matting is what is put down next after everything is cleaned and leveled. Drainage matting is designed to allow water and moisture to flow freely underneath the vapor barrier without allowing it into the crawl space.
CleanSpace!
Next is CleanSpace and is put down after the drainage matting and is sealed. CleanSpace is a 20-mil thick vapor barrier designed to keep water and moisture out of a crawl space.
Ever Last door.
One of the final steps is the Ever Last door. After doing all the work of keeping water and moisture out of a crawl space getting the door replaced is vital. The Ever Last door seals from the inside and keeps all of the moisture out.
Drain Line.
A drain line is put in and takes all of the water collected from the crawl space out and away from the home ensuring it does not return.
