CleanSpace was installed in this crawl space which is designed to keep water and moisture out. It is a 20-mil thick vapor barrier.

TripleSafe

A TripleSafe sump pump was also installed. It takes all the water and moisture that is underneath the vapor barrier and redirects it outside.

EverLast Door

An EverLast door was also installed and it is air tight and sealed from the inside. This ensures that all the water and moisture cannot get in through the door. Most traditional crawl space doors are make out of wood which is extremely porous and able to rot.
