Frustrated they contacted Frontier Basement Systems for a solution and a design specialist was sent to their home. Together with the homeowner it was decided that a full encapsulation was the right solution for their home.

This is what the crawl space looked like before our crews got in there and cleaned everything out.

Drainage Matting

After everything is cleaned out and leveled the next step is drainage matting. Drainage matting is designed to allow water and moisture to flow freely underneath the vapor barrier without allowing moisture into the crawl space.

CleanSpace

CleanSpace is installed next and goes over the drainage matting. CleanSpace is a 20-mil thick vapor barrier designed to keep water and moisture out of a crawl space. The results are beautiful!
