Drainage Matting
After the crews go into the crawl space and clean everything out and make sure everything is leveled they put drainage matting down. Drainage matting is designed to allow water and moisture to flow freely underneath the vapor barrier without getting into the crawl space.
CleanSpace
CleanSpace is put down over top of the drainage matting and is a 20-mil thick vapor barrier designed to keep water and moisture out of a crawl space.
Ever Last Door.
One of the final and most vital steps is the Ever Last door. After installing so many different systems to ensure water and moisture stay out of a crawl space it is important to remember the door. Most doors are standard wood and this is a porous material which a lot for moisture and mold. The Ever Last door will not mold and seals from the inside.
