Before Photo
This is what the crawl space looked like before our team got in there and cleaned everything out and made sure it was level. While you see this crawl space and it might not look terrible it is good to know what the moisture levels were so high that there was actually some growth present. The only thing mold needs to grow is some moisture and organic material which this crawl space was a perfect environment for.
Drainage Matting
Drainage matting goes down after everything is cleaned out and leveled. It is designed to allow water and moisture to flow freely underneath the vapor barrier.
CleanSpace
CleanSpace is one of the final steps and is designed to keep water and moisture out of a crawl space. CleanSpace is a 20-mil thick vapor barrier.
