Together with the homeowners it was decided that a full encapsulation of their crawl space was the right solution for this home.

After the drainage matting CleanSpace comes next and is designed to keep water and moisture out of the crawl space. CleanSpace is a 20-mil thick vapor barrier.

A TripleSafe sump pump is installed. This sump pump is designed to take all of the water that flows underneath the CleanSpace out and away from the home.

Ever Last door.

An Ever Last door is designed to keep all of the water and moisture we just worked so hard to keep out, out. This doors seals from the inside.

Drain Line

A drain line is one of the final steps and is designed to take all that water out and away from the home. The drain line is long enough to ensure the water does not return.
