These homeowners in Franklin Tennessee were suffering from a lot of water in their crawl space and contacted Frontier Basement Systems for a free inspection. A design specialist was sent to their home to address their concerns and together with the homeowners it was decided that a full encapsulation with CleanSpace as well as a drain line were the best solution for this home. CleanSpace is a 20-mil thick vapor barrier designed to keep water and moisture out of a crawl space. The results? A nice and dry crawl space and happy homeowners.

This is what the homeowners crawl space looked like before we got in there and cleaned everything out. As you can see this is a tall crawl space and the homeowners wanted to be able to utilize this space for extra storage but were unable to due to the mess as well as the high moisture levels.
