Before Photo
This is what the crawl space looked like before our crew got in there and cleaned everything out. After everything is cleaned out the ground is leveled to prepare for the drainage matting.
Drainage Matting
Drainage matting is put down after everything is cleaned and leveled. Drainage matting is dimpled and designed to allow water and moisture to flow freely underneath the vapor barrier without getting into the crawl space.
CleanSpace
CleanSpace comes next and is a 20-mil thick vapor barrier designed to keep water and moisture out of a crawl space.
Drain Line.
The drain line is one of the final steps and is designed to take all of the moisture that is collected from the crawl space out and away from the home. This drain line is long enough and far enough away from the home to ensure the water cannot return.
