This crawl space was in serious need of our help! The black tarp wasn't doing anything for this space other than giving the water a nice place to lay while it was being absorbed into the wood supporting beams that are helping to hold up this home!

Drainage Matting

The raised dimples on our CleanSpace Drainage Matting gives the water flooding into your crawl space a channel underneath your crawl space liner. This directs the water flooding your crawl space to your perimeter crawl space drain and sump pump system.

This pump has not one, but three different pumps that automatically change based on your space's needs! One of the pumps is even battery operated, so you won't have to worry when a bad storm knocks your power out!

IceGuard

This product has a perforated top to help trapped water escape through in the case that discharge lines freeze.

CleanSpace Vapor Barrier

This liner is 20mil thick and has 7-layers of polyethylene composition with polyester cord reinforcement. It reduces moisture and vapor in the crawl space and helps seal out cold drafts in the winter.
