This Tennessee crawl space was in need of our help! An old, ripped tarp was not doing the job our CleanSpace liner was made for, so we decided to give the crawl space a makeover! Our 20mil thick liner is made out of 7 layers of polyethylene composition and polyester-cord reinforcement. It is completely sealed, so it also saves homeowners on energy bills! We also installed a few essential waterproofing products and an award-worthy dehumidifier to make sure the homeowners never had to worry about their crawl space's healthy again! Wet Crawl Space

Once upon a time this tarp might've been doing the bare minimum, but now its torn, unsealed and completely useless. The ground has moisture in it and that moisture is being evaporated into the home. This can cause major issues in the future, such as causing mold to grow.

Drainage Matting

The raised dimples on this matting helped trapped water on the liner make its way to the designated drain. It also doubles as an extra protective layer against sharp rocks.

This liner is 20mil thick and made to reduce moisture in the crawl space. It can also reduce energy bills, because the cool and warm air you pay for stays in your home.
