Unhealthy Crawl Space
This crawl space has a cover over its soil ground, but as you can see it is not sealed properly. The moisture in the soil can still find its way to the wooden beams helping to hold up this home. It is time for an upgrade!
Drainage Matting
The raised dimples in the matting becomes a channel for water to flow through. Without it, the water may get trapped under the liner.

This liner is 20mil thick and reduces moisture and water vapor in the crawl space.
