The crawl space of this home had water and moisture issues. This created sagging floors, continuing moisture, falling duct work and overall bad elements for the house. It would be our recommendation to install smart jacks to support the sagging floors, replace the crawl space door with an Everlast Door, install a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, CleanSpace including CleanSpace Drainage Matting. Being proactive with your homes internal structure is the best way to insure your home continues to have strong bones.
