These homeowners were struggling with a lot of water in their crawl space. Having a taller crawl space they wanted to be able to utilize this space for extra storage but were unable to because everytime they tried, the belongings they were storing got damaged. We were able to go in and provide a full encapsulation of their crawl space. The homeowners can now utilize that space for extra storage without their belongings getting damaged.

Drainage Matting

Drainage matting is put down after everything is cleaned out and leveled. Drainage matting is designed to allow water and moisture to flow freely underneath the vapor barrier without getting into the crawl space.

CleanSpace is next. It is a 20 mil thick vapor barrier designed to keep water and moisture out of the crawl space.

Ever Last door.

The EverLast door is specially designed for each crawl space to fit perfectly. It provides a seal from the inside and keeps the water and moisture along with any unwanted friends from entering the crawl space.

TripleSafe

All of the water that is collected by the drainage matting is directed in a slight downward slope towards the TripleSafe sump pump. That pump then takes the water out and away from the home. This ensures the water does not return.
