Installation of the WaterGuard System
The WaterGuard is our waterproofing system designed never to clog and to lead water that enters the basement to the sump pump. The WaterGuard Waterproofing System is installed along the walls to ensure it captures each drop of water that may get in from the foundation walls.

Our Waterproofing Solution
As you can see, the WaterGuard System is now buried and lead to the TripleSump pump, which is being installed.
TripleSump Pump
The TripleSump pump. Everything is coming together!
TripleSump Pump
The TripleSump Pump pumps water through a pipe system out of the basement, where it escapes to the lawn, far enough from the house to guarantee it never enters the basement again.
CleanSpace
The WaterGuard and TripleSump pump are installed, we also added CleanSpace on the basement walls as an extra layer of our waterproofing solution.

The basement is now waterproofed, we can now resolve the humidity issue!
IceGuard
The TripleSafe Sump Pump pumps water out of the basement. The IceGuard helps to withstand the heavies rains. If the volume of water is too much for the TripleSafe Sump Pump to handle, the IceGuard will serve as an additional escape for it.

The TripleSafe Sump Pump was smartly placed where homeowners won't have to look at it while spending their free time downstairs in the basement in their family room.

Last, but not least, we installed the SaniDry XP Dehumidifier to control the moisture in the basement.
