This crawl space had problems with standing water for a long time. It was too humid and moisture was staying on the foundation walls, causing mold to grow. The floors of the house were sagging too and needed a better support. The homeowner was fed up with this situation and wanted to turn his crawl space into a clean space with healthy air and stabilize the floors. He called us and scheduled a free inspection and same day estimate. To solve these issues, we installed SmartJacks to stabilize the floors, and our waterproofing system with a sump pump to solve the water problems. A new dehumidifier will keep the level of humidity down, preventing mold growth. The difference is amazing! From a dirt floor to a nice clean and stabilized crawl space!

Drainage Matting is great for crawlspace drainage under CleanSpace on concrete or dirt floors. The dimples allow better conductivity for water to get to the perimeter drainage or sump pump located in the lowest spot of the crawlspace. It also softens the floor and increases durability.

After the installation is complete, we place a service log in a visible place to remind the homeowner about the annual maintenance appointment that he should schedule. We service our systems annually to make sure everything is working perfectly, and some system, especially those that serve as a structural support, need to be adjusted annually.
